Cancellation of Lessons

    It is my hope that you will enjoy your lessons and continue them for many years. However, I understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to discontinue lessons.

    If you have any concerns, I encourage you to contact me so we can schedule a consultation to discuss them and explore possible solutions before making a final decision.

    If, after our consultation, you still choose to withdraw from lessons, one month's written notice (one full billing cycle) is required. Submitting this form serves as your official notice of cancellation.

    Please select the month that will be your final month of enrollment, which must be one full billing cycle after the month you submit this form.

    Do not select the current month.     For example:

    • Notice submitted in January → Final month: February
    • Notice submitted in February → Final month: March
    • Notice submitted in March → Final month: April
    Selections that do not provide one full billing cycle of notice cannot be accepted.
